A Classification Compensation Study Planning Team (CCSPT) has been formed between CSEA Chapter 598 bargaining unit members and LEUSD management team representatives to assist in a comprehensive review of all classified job descriptions, followed by a wage survey.

 

Survey Questionnaires and related correspondences have been sent to unit members covered under the job classes represented by the Classified Bargaining Unit CSEA Chapter 598.

 

The classification study began in the Summer of 2019 and this project is being conducted in four phases. After delays due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, transitioning to a digital/remote format for meetings, and navigating the many levels of the study remotely, Phase IV is anticipated to be completed in the Fall of 2022.
