LCAP (Local Control Accountability Plan)

Introducing LCAP

The district's Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) and Annual Update is an annually recurring three-year planning document that identifies specific goals and actions to benefit students in eight state priority areas. The District's LCAP meets the requirements of the State of California's Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF). The current LCAP plan may be viewed or downloaded below.

About the Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) for Year 2018-2019 (October revise)

In accordance with the Governor's school funding and accountability reform, the Lake Elsinore Unified School District has developed a Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) for the 2018-2019 fiscal year and beyond. The Board of Trustees adopted the final plan on August 2, 2018. The revised LCAP posted below is submitted for consideration and approval by the Governing Board on October 11, 2018.
