The district's Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) and Annual Update is an annually recurring three-year planning document that identifies specific goals and actions to benefit students in eight state priority areas. The Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) and Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF) provides school districts the flexibility and freedom on how they spend educational dollars for their students. To assist us in our effort, parents, students, LEUSD staff participated in a committee process to develop goals for priority areas adopted by the State Board of Education. The district's LCAP and Annual Update has been approved by the Riverside County Office of Education (RCOE).
