How to Submit a Flyer Request

1. Read the guidelines and requirements for district approval.
2. Register your non-profit organization, institution or public agency with Peachjar before submitting your material for consideration.
3. Upload your flyer for approval!

Guidelines for Flyer Applicants

1. All flyer applicants must sign up at Peachjar.com to establish a Peachjar account.
2. Applicants must qualify as a not-for-profit or IRS 501(c)(3) charitable organization; proof will be required (exception, see #5 below).
3. Not-for-profit applicants only. Sorry, we do not accept material for commercial, promotional, or marketing purposes.
4. No third-party fundraiser solicitations.
5. For flyer requests in conjunction with an active or approved use of facilities request, please call (951) 253-7174.
6. Peachjar notifies parental recipients via email; our goal is to phase out paper flyer handling and distribution from school to home, saving instructional time and resources.

Requirements for Flyer Consideration

1. All materials must be submitted in PDF format, and in English and Spanish (we do review Spanish translations for quality assurance).
2. Flyers must conform to district communication policies and content standards as appropriate.
3. Once submitted via Peachjar, district staff will review and provide notification if approved, denied, or pending further action.
4. NOTE: Applicable fees set by Peachjar may apply, but generally will cost less than comparable print charges (see Peachjar.com for fees and charges).
