The Riverside County Public Agency Energy Alliance is a Joint Powers Authority relating to generation and conservation of energy and other environmental issues of interest. The founding members are Lake Elsinore Unified School District, Riverside County of Education, Desert Center Unified School District, and Moreno Valley Unified School District.
