Abs Workout!
A great little Ab workout. To Modify the leg extensions, only extend one leg at a time. To modify the criss crosses, keep knees bent. You can also keep upper body on ground the whole time to modify, or keep shoulders off ground whole time to make more advanced! Have fun!
