LEUSD schools in burn areas to host safety meetings related to storm risks

Several LEUSD schools are vulnerable to potential debris flow from burn scar areas following the Holy Fire.
 
For this reason, each of the following schools has set up an evening school safety meeting for parents and guardians to learn what LEUSD will do in the event of debris flow threat, including school closures during voluntary or mandatory evacuations in affected areas.
 
Here are the school safety meeting dates and locations between October 15 and 23:
  1. Luiseno School (meetings split by grade level on 10/15-16, click school name at left for schedule)
  2. Rice Canyon Elementary (meetings split by grade level on 10/15-16, click school name at left for schedule)
  3. Withrow Elementary School (meetings split by grade level on 10/22-23, click school name at left for schedule)
  4. Terra Cotta Middle School (one meeting for all grade levels on 10/18, click school name at left for schedule)
  5. (Note: Lakeside High School held their safety meeting on 10/9)
