Announcing low-cost pre-participation physical exams on Saturday, May 20th, for all incoming and current high school students.

If your student is in Sports, Band, Cheer, Dance, or Colorguard, this is important information.

On Saturday, May 20th, LEUSD will be hosting pre-participation physical exams for all high schools in one convenient location: Lakeside High School, in the Gym. The school address is 32593 Riverside Dr., Lake Elsinore, CA 92530.

Physical exam times are staggered by school, so students should arrive within their scheduled times, as follows:

• Students attending Temescal High School should arrive between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.
• Students attending Lakeside High School should arrive between 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
• Students attending Elsinore High School should arrive between 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. 

All physicals cost 30 dollars—cash only—and all funds raised go directly back to each school.  Sorry, no personal checks accepted.

Parents must accompany their students to ensure clearance forms are signed and returned, before a student physical can be authorized.
