Substance Use & Abuse Resources

Lake Elsinore Unified School District has a partnership with Riverside University Health System Department of Behavioral Health to educate and support students in Substance Use and Abuse. This partnership allows us to have Substance Abuse Prevention Treatment (SAPT) Counselors on our High School sites. Additionally, they can support our middle schools as needed.
 
  • All services are offered to school and/or parent/guardian referred students at no cost to the school and/or family.
  • To provide alcohol and other drug prevention, intervention, education, and rehabilitation services to adolescents.
  • To receive services, a student must be 12 years of age or older.
 
Two ways of Contacting
  • Parents can request an appointment at school.
  • Reach out to our office directly, where an appointment can be set up to meet with your student at the school site or our local office.
