The 4-Year-Old Summer Readiness Camp is a 4-hour engaging social and general education academic program designed to promote social emotional development, oral language development, physical development, and foundational academics through intentional creative interactions for incoming Preschool and TK students.
- Children will have an opportunity to adjust and adapt to a routine before entering Preschool or TK.
- Children will gain an understanding of the student/teacher relationship and start building friendships with peers.
- Teachers will facilitate activities to support students' development in the areas of math, science, literacy, art, and social-emotional skills.
- At the end of the session, parents will receive materials to continue working with their children over the rest of the summer.
Dates: June 12 - July 24, 2023 (Monday through Thursday only)
Schedule: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. Lunch is served at 11:30 am
Students may attend at any of the school sites listed below:
*Optional* TK Extended Summer Day 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Admittance is limited to 120 students who turn 4 years old by September 1st, 2024.
