Celebrates Success of Student Internship Program

The Lake Elsinore Unified School District is proud to acknowledge the outstanding achievements of our student interns, who have been actively participating in valuable work experiences through partnerships with our esteemed community collaborators. As we conclude the month of January 2024, we reflect on the significant contributions and milestones achieved by our student interns across the district.

Here are some highlights from January 2024:

🌟 Wildomar Elementary Playground Supervision: Student interns have provided essential support for playground supervision at Wildomar Elementary, enhancing the safe and engaging environment for all students.

🌟 Generous Donation from Lake Elsinore/Wildomar Elks Lodge # 2591: We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our partners at Lake Elsinore/Wildomar Elks Lodge # 2591 for their generous donation, providing 20 student interns with essential work shoes. Your support is invaluable in empowering our students to succeed.

🌟 Grant-Funded Paid Internship Opportunities: Exciting opportunities for paid internships, made possible through grant funding, are on the horizon. We are thrilled to announce that 22 students have already completed applications and are eager to embark on this enriching journey.

🌟 Expansion of Job Developer Partnerships: Three new locations have been added to our roster of job developer partnerships, opening doors to new opportunities for our students. We extend our sincerest appreciation to our dedicated job developers, Lori Olson, and Karyn Basler, for their unwavering commitment to guiding and supporting our scholars.
