Lake Elsinore Unified School District utilizes an online facility request and rental system designed to provide a positive user experience for all. Reservation requests can be submitted easily. Renters are able to access photos and descriptions, see real-time availability, get estimated quotes, and pay online.

Public Requests

Per Education Code, the Lake Elsinore Unified School District recognizes that public school facilities and grounds are community resources. The use of these facilities by community groups is authorized under the Civic Center Act, provided such use does not interfere with day to day school activities.

In addition to the online reservation process, supplemental forms may also be required particularly for Theater requests.

The custodial staff is a team asset at 24 schools and all district facilities. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and order are required for a safe and effective learning environment. We strive to create great first impressions at LEUSD by improving the beauty and cleanliness of every school campus through a shared pride in the workplace.

Custodial staff is charged with keeping each site looking neat, clean, safe, and up to established standards. We are dedicated to improving our campuses by working as a team and excelling in performance to serve all students, staff, and our community partners.

Our Grounds Department ensures all district schools and facilities are attractive and safe for student, staff, and community use.

Grounds keeping services include:

The Maintenance team is responsible for the upkeep of all school and district facilities.  

We are the skilled staff who respond to work orders placed through the Maintenance and Operations Department. Below is a partial list of what we do:

LEUSD’s Energy & Sustainability Program (ESP) aims to identify and implement energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives districtwide. Our objective is to reduce costs, conserve natural resources, and educate staff about their part in energy, waste, and resource management.

District employees as well as external partners contribute to the success of this Department by having a shared responsibility for the effectiveness of the program.

Goals

• Assess and track LEUSD and school energy consumption levels
• Implement and monitor strategic energy reduction initiatives
• Increase awareness and training of students, staff, and teachers
• Partner with utilities, vendors, and consultants to take advantage of grants, rebates, incentives, educational programs and training opportunities.
• Facility audits, benchmarking, and ensuring energy management and water conservation initiatives are in line with the mission, vision and values of the District.
