Joining the Adult Transition Program (ATP)

Program participants must be:

18 years of age or older
Completed high school with a certificate of completion (not a diploma)
Willing to work to the best of their ability both in the classroom and during job-coaching/vocational skills training
Eager to learn from their job coaches, employers, and teachers
Able to meet business dress code standards during internships
Willing to follow the social contract and related rules of conduct

How to enroll:

Transition from H.S.

Transition IEP's will be held each April. Members will be the students high school IEP team, the ATP IEP team as well as members of IRC and DOR will be invited. Parents will also be afforded the opportunity to tour the ATP program. *It is important to remember that if parents have not obtained legal conservatorship documents, the student will be making all of their IEP decisions and will be at each IEP meeting*
