2016 Model of Academic Excellence Winner!

S.N.A.P. (Screen Now and Prevent) & SET-4-School Program

Lake Elsinore Unified School District was recognized at the 14th Annual Riverside County Education Summit for their SNAP and SET-4-School program. The program won the 2016 Models of Academic Excellence and Innovation Award. From left to right: RCOE Superintendent of Schools Kenneth M. What happens after the screening?

A Child Study Team recommends early intervention services, treatment, or further assessment based on screening outcomes or parent's concerns. Parents or caregivers are contacted by a Social Service Coordinator with the recommendations from the team.
